1. Product Introduction

The ultrasonic cell disruptor is a versatile multi-functional lab instrument. It generates cavitation effects in liquid via high-intensity ultrasound to conduct ultrasonic sample processing. 2. Working Principle

The instrument leverages the dispersion effect of ultrasound in liquid to trigger cavitation, breaking solid particles and cell tissues suspended in liquid.
It consists of two core assemblies: ultrasonic generator and ultrasonic transducer.
The ultrasonic generator converts mains power into 20–25 kHz alternating electrical energy and transmits it to the transducer.
Barium zirconate titanate piezoelectric vibrator serves as the core component of the transducer. It expands and contracts elastically at 20–25 kHz under alternating voltage, driving the transducer to produce longitudinal mechanical vibration.
