1. Infrared Optical Transmission Testing (Core Function)
   
   The optical window of the cup is made of high-transmittance special polymer material, which generates no absorption, scattering or fluorescence interference to infrared light within the detection waveband. The infrared beam emitted by the analyzer vertically penetrates the breast milk sample inside the cup and captures the characteristic infrared absorption spectra of fat, protein, lactose and other substances. The equipment calculates various nutritional indicators of breast milk based on optical signals to ensure accurate and stable test results.
   
   

   The optical wall thickness is produced under unified standards to eliminate test errors caused by inconsistent wall thickness of containers and guarantee the repeatability of the analyzer.
   
   
2. Collection and Containment of Breast Milk Samples
   

   It can directly hold fresh breast milk samples and meet micro-sampling requirements (conventional volume: 0.2~2.5ml). The structure of the cup matches the slot positioning of the analyzer; automatic alignment is realized after placing into the device without manual calibration, effectively preventing liquid leakage and sample spillage.
   
   
3. Cross-contamination Prevention & Biosafety Protection
   

   Single-use design. Discard directly after sample testing to completely avoid cross-contamination of breast milk from different mothers. Repeated cleaning and disinfection are not required, preventing residual detergent and water stains from interfering with spectral test results, as well as reducing contamination of the analyzer pipeline.
   
   
4. Standardized Positioning for Equipment Adaptation
   
   The exclusive limiting structure precisely fits the sample slot of infrared breast milk analyzers and prevents optical path misalignment caused by improper placement.
   
   
5. Safe Material with No Reaction with Breast Milk
   

   Made of medical-grade transparent PP polymer raw material, free of BPA. Featuring chemical inertness, it will not adsorb fat and protein in breast milk, release any substances or change the original composition of breast milk, so the physicochemical properties of samples remain unchanged.
